Today we launch something that has been in our hearts to do for a very long time – the AM+Co Semi-Custom Collection!  This is a collection of pre-designed semi-custom wedding invitations that are ready for your sweet day.  

The Inspiration for Our Semi-Custom Suites

Our custom invitations are hand-drawn, calligraphed, and designed specifically for our clients’ weddings.  In the process of drafting ideas for clients, there are some beautiful designs that end up on the cutting room floor.  These are designs I fall in love with, and it is always a little disappointing to see them unused. I had the thought that perhaps brides would love these designs just as much as I do, so we set out to create a collection of semi-custom wedding invitations. Without further ado, here they are! 

Meet… the Suites!

Elena

Elena’s dreamy, simple watercolor florals feature daisies, pink roses, and a bee accent.  She’s soft and poetic with wispy neutral greenery to match any color scheme you choose for your wedding. 

Flora

Flora is a garden ablaze with watercolor flowers in pale pink, mauve, goldenrod, soft cream, and coral.  She’s fun and bright and paired with a chic geometric star accent on the envelope liner.

Lucia

Lucia is a study in romance, with her timeless gold foil accents coupled with rough deckled edges.  This neutral suite is fit for any occasion and will complement any colors you choose.

Olivia

Olivia is modern and elegant, featuring a sleek arch and touches of calligraphy mixed in with classic text.  She’s highly trendy, but her superpower is her neutral theme that can go with any color!  

Stella 

Stella is boho yet stately, with a garland of green, dark pink, and pale yellow wildflowers surrounding the details of your most significant of days.  Never satisfied with blending in, Stella includes a white wax seal in the twin flowers design at the top of the invitation.  

Who are Semi-Custom Wedding Invitations For?

Semi-custom wedding invitations are a great solution for couples who don’t have the budget for custom suites but still want the look and feel of AM+Co custom invitations.  There is nothing “budget” about the look of our semi-customs, and this collection will wow both you and your guests.  

Semi-customs are also perfect for couples who don’t have the time or bandwidth to make all of the decisions that come with fully-custom suites, or who have a shorter timeline to prepare for their wedding.

 

 

What Is Included with My Semi-Custom Order?

You can select from the five suites above.  Each suite purchase includes a 5×7 invitation printed on gorgeous heavy paper, an RSVP card, an RSVP envelope (if you are receiving RSVPs by mail – if your RSVPs are online we don’t include the small envelope), and an outer envelope for all the contents.  You have the option of selecting the envelope color and customizing the wording.  Also, you can choose to upgrade from digital print to ✨ gold foil ✨.  All calligraphy is hand-drawn by me.  

You may choose to add on details cards, ribbons, envelope addressing, and wax seals from our exclusive collection of original designs, all at an additional cost.  

How Does It Work?

Ordering is a simple and quick process.  Visit our website andimejia.com and click “Semi-customs.” It helps to start with our Collection Guide to see the examples of paper types, printing types, and other options so that you have a clear visual of the choices available to you as you order.  Then, you can head to the shop!  You’ll select your suite, envelope colors, printing style, quantity, and any add ons you might need.  We’ve pre-selected color options for each item in the suite so that you can customize your suite exactly to your preferences.  Then, you’ll check out and make payment.  After making payment, you’ll immediately receive an email from us with a client agreement, wording examples, and a wording questionnaire.  You’ll fill out your wording questionnaire telling us exactly what you’d like your invitations, RSVP card, and details card (if you added one) to say.  We take the information you provide us and create a proof, and then after you approve it, we start production!  

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Semi-Custom Wedding Invitations?  

Each step of the process takes an estimated amount of time, so here’s what you can expect:

• Wording – we ask that you take 24 hours to decide on your wording
• Design – 3-5 business days 
• Approval Process – if the proof is perfect and you approve it, then it will go straight to production.  However, if the wording requires revisions, each revision takes about 3-5 days.  One revision is included in the price of your suite, and additional revisions (up to 2) are $75 each.  
• Production – the production phase is 10-15 business days (with the exception of the Lucia suite – she takes a little longer because we hand-apply gold leaf).  
• Shipping –  ✨Free shipping!!!!✨ Ground shipping, which is included in the suite price, takes 5-8 days, but we do have a 2-day option for those who want to expedite the process!
