It’s important to submit a complete order with everything you would like for your suites at one time. After you order, you will receive an email from us with a client agreement regarding our semi-customs. After you read and sign, you’ll receive an email with our wording examples and questionnaire so we can capture your wording exactly the way you’d like it! We ask that you fill that out within 24 hours of receipt.

After we receive your wording questionnaire, we start designing! In 3-5 business days you will receive a proof of your invitation. You’ll make notes of any wording or spelling that needs changing, and then submit it for correction. Read carefully, because only one revision is included with your order, and additional revisions are $75 each. We will send you a final proof and, upon your approval, we’ll head to production! At this time, if you have selected envelope addressing, you will enter your guest list and addresses in a form we provide to you.
Once everything is approved and received, we’ll send your suite off to production! Production takes between 10-15 business days. We will then ship it to you along with instructions for assembly (our suites do not come pre-assembled). Standard shipping is included with the price of your suite; expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery with Standard shipping.
Our semi-custom invitation suites are pre-designed and curated for a cohesive look. Each suite includes a digitally-printed 5x7 invitation, an outer envelope in your choice of color, a response card, and a response card envelope (if you choose to collect responses via mail).

Wax seals are a perfect finishing touch to your invitation suite! Select from three color options (gold, pink, or white) and one of our five signature designs.
Our natural raw silky cotton ribbon is hand-dyed with frayed edges and is a romantic way to bring together all the elements of your invitations. They are ½ inch thick. Ribbons are available in a selection of colors for each suite
A beautiful envelope makes a great first impression with your guests and creates anticipation for your wedding. With our envelope addressing add-on, you provide your guest list and their addresses, and we digitally print your guest's addresses on your envelopes. Ink color will be pre- selected for you to coordinate with the envelope & suite. USPS stamps are not included.

A details card provides your guests with additional information about:
+your reception, if it is held in a different location than your ceremony
+day before details, if you're doing a welcome reception or cocktails
+day after details, if you are doing a day-after brunch
+hotel blocks, if you have hotel rooms blocked or a promo code
+transportation info, if you're providing transport from the hotel to venue or from a church to your reception venue
We can customize the wording to whatever your needs are! They are printed on 120 lb paper and are available in a selection of colors for each suite.
We suggest ordering one per couple, household, or family, plus 5-10 extras for last-minute additions for keepsakes, your photographer, your parents, and any cancellations. If you need to order extras after your invitations have shipped, there is a minimum order of 20 for digital and for gold foil print, and it could take up to 3 weeks to produce.
Our semi-custom suites do not include postage. We advise our couples to wait to purchase postage until they arrive at your doorstep. We have found that not all USPS scales are created equally, so it’s a good idea to take the finished & assembled suite to the post office you will be mailing them from to be weighed. RSVP card stamps are usually one forever stamp.
Our turnaround estimates are not guaranteed due to supply chain issues in the printing industry. We also encourage you to factor in assembly time for your suites, as they do not come pre-assembled. The timeline for your semi-custom suite is generally as follows:
You will receive the first proof of your design within 3-5 business days of receiving your wording questionnaire. We ask that you take no more than 1 business day to approve or request changes. If a revision is requested, please allow for an additional 3-5 business days to receive the revision.
From the date your design was approved, please allow 10-15 business days for the production of your pieces.
Standard shipping is included in the price of your order. If you require expedited shipping, please upgrade at the time that you place your order.
Digital printing is smooth, without raised or indented impressions. The colors are true and vibrant.
This print method presses a metal plate lined with foil into the paper, which creates an indented, golden impression with shine. If you select this print method, please note that gold foil will only be applied to the lettering of the invitation, not the artwork.
