-responsibilities-
Digital Proofs & Proposals:
Assist with the creation, updating, and organization of digital proofs and client proposals. Make revisions based on feedback, ensure accuracy and consistency, and help prepare files for client review and production.
Production & Assembly:
Create and assemble custom products through hands-on production tasks, including printing, painting, cutting, folding, gluing, and assembling invitations and signage. Operate studio equipment such as laser cutters and Cricut machines.
Inventory & Studio Organization:
Track inventory levels, report shortages, and help maintain an organized, efficient, and clean studio workspace.
Packaging & Shipping:
Prepare finished products for shipment, including careful packaging and labeling.
Deliveries & Drop-Offs:
Assist with mail drop-offs and local deliveries as needed. Availability for some weekday and weekend shifts is required, with Saturday availability essential.
Quality & Brand Standards:
Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring all work aligns with AM+Co’s brand standards and values.
Adaptability:
Remain flexible and open to shifting responsibilities in response to the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of our work.

skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud Knowledge:
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a must; a skill test will be given before hiring
Skilled in Google Workspace:
Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and other Google tools.
