We are looking to hire someone that can work aprox. 35 hours a week, monday - friday 8am - 4pm has a very flexible schedule and is able to work some weekends.
must have strong attention to detail, love organization, be thoughtful, positive, have a passion for customer care experience, can easily shift from task to task throughout the day, is not afraid to ask for help or double check their work. must be a problem solver, quick learner, and must love french bulldogs named stella :)
respond to online inquiries
SCHEDULE CLIENT MEETINGS AND PHONE CALLS
ANSWER ALL EMAILS
MAKE PROPOSALS & CLIENT QUOTES
must have strong time management skills
manage office supplies + project supplies
assist with deliveries throughout the orlando area & post office
Respond to social media messages & comments
take pride in the work we are doing

MUST LOVE DOGS
COMPUTER/ MAC PRODUCT EFFICIENCY
proficient in google office suite
( sheets, docs,calendar etc.)
CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
GIANT EYE FOR DETAIL
HOSPITABLE, positive attitude at all times
likes social media
able to focus and be on the computer for long periods of time
must be able to carry a minimum of 30 pounds
