All custom designs created by Andi Mejia + Co (AM+Co) are owned by AM+Co. This includes watercolor works, custom orders & stationery, patterns, illustrations, design elements, pet portraits and calligraphy,
preliminary sketches,proofs and photos.
AM+Co owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by AM+Co and may be used in the reasonable course of Am+co's business. AM+Co has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

It is a violation of federal law to use any of Am+co intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

because of the nature of custom works by am+co,
returns of any kind are not accepted.
if a mistake is made by am+co, we will do the
best of the best to make our wrong right.
if it is a spelling mistake made by the client after approval,
it is up to the client to cover the cost of reprints or materials.
this includes errors in dates, times and venue addresses, etc..
