We recommend starting the process about 6 months before you need to mail them out. This allows enough time to create something truly special without feeling rushed. Our production schedule is based on wedding dates, so even if you reserve a spot early, we’ll begin working on your project closer to your mailing date.

When should I contact you for save the dates or invitations?

Plan to order one per couple, household, or family, plus 5-10 extra for last-minute additions, keepsakes, your photographer, and a few for your parents. If you need to order more after your invitations have been shipped, the minimum is 10 copies, and production could take up to 3 weeks.

how many SAVE THE DATES OR INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?

Yes, the 2025 minimum for invitations is $1500. Our couples typically spend between $2300 and $3400+, depending on the printing method and quantity. **Please note this is subject to change.

do you have a minimum for invitations?

Since USPS scales can vary, we recommend waiting until your invitations arrive so you can have them weighed at the post office where you'll be mailing them. This ensures you're using the correct postage for your suite. Typically, RSVP cards only require one Forever stamp, but we’ll discuss the details once we begin your project.

how many stamps should i order?

No, we do not offer digital files for printing elsewhere. We handle the entire printing process to ensure the highest level of quality and to make sure the final product reflects our design standards.
