When should I contact you for save the dates or invitations?

We suggest ordering one per couple or family PLUS 5-10 extras for last minute additions due to cancelations, keepsakes, one for your photographer and a couple extras for mom and dad ;)  If you need to order extras after your invitations have shipped out, it would be a minimum of 15 copies,  and could take up to 3
weeks to produce.

Yes! the order minimum for 2020
is $800 for invitations.

do you have a minimum
for invitations?

In order to not rush, and to make sure we are making your paper dreams come true, we recommend contacting us and starting the whole process 3 months before you need to mail them out. 

Unfortunately, USPS scales were not all created equal; Because of this, we cannot guarantee a certain weight for your suite. We prefer for all our brides hold off until a pretty box of invites arrives at your doorstep, and you get them weighed at the post office you will be mailing from.  RSVP stamps are usually one forever stamp, we can chat about those once we get started.

how many stamps
should i order?

No. We like to oversee and experience the final product of our designs to ensure the highest level of quality.  Therefore, they are not available in digital format.

can we print our invitations somewhere else?

Shipping costs range between $20-70 for domestic shipping. All shipping is done via USPS and may require signature. International shipping cost is  calculated on a case to case basis.

how much is shipping
for invitations?

sure! We can reserve and start designing your invitations with faux details until you are sure of times and locations. Once you have them all concrete,
we can make the simple changes :)
The earlier in the calendar the better!

can i start my invitation process without having all my details FINALIZED?

yes! :) if you are providing the envelopes we will need 15% extra envelopes in case of mistakes ;)

can you address my envelopes if i got my invites somewhere else?

yes! :) We have 2 other styles for addressing other than hand done calligraphy, Email us for photos, and pricing. 

hand done calligraphy addressing is a bit out of my price range.do you have other options?

day of items

do you offer rentals?

We love that you want to keep a little part of us in your home :) Welcome signs, linens, or anything that does not state "RENTAL" in your invoice is yours to keep :)

what do we get to keep after the wedding?

We sure do ! We understand you might not have a place to keep wedding items after its all over.
We have options for table numbers, seating charts and any other signage need :) * please note this is mostly structures, calligraphy and design fees still apply.

We strive to work with any wedding schedule, it is best to contact us as soon as possible with any day of inquiry. Our delivery schedule for the Florida region has  limited availability.   The more time ahead the better if you plan on having us come for the day to set up and strike. 

If we are mailing or if you are picking up orders locally we can work with you up to 2 weeks before the wedding. *

how far out should we contact you for day- of items?

We are located in the cute town of Saint Cloud, Florida.
