ESTIMATE, CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT

After your phone call you’ll receive a
custom quote and design proposal.
Our quotes are itemized and our design proposals include photos to help you visualize the end goal. 

Once you look over the quote, we will send you a contract depending outlining your project and a link to place a 50% non-refundable deposit. This reserves your date, and time in our production schedule or our delivery schedule for day of items. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before any items are delivered, or shipped. 

* We place a lot of love and attention to detail on our custom proposals and quotes.  Please allow 5 business days.

PRODUCTION

Don’t mind us while we
instagram along the way! 

Once you place your 50% non refundable deposit, we will send you your client portal. Here you will see all contracts, print releases, proofs, and design proposals. We send you everything for your approval via the portal, and there you will have a place for you to send changes

This system allows both our clients and us to stay organized and on top of your project in one place.

DELIVERY

Once we are done with your invitations we will ship them to you so you can  enjoy a box full of pretty things. Invitations come assembled and ready
to be stamped  and shipped by you ! :) 

We recommend Save the Dates are sent out 9-10 months prior,  and invitations approximately 4-8 weeks prior.

If we are delivering day-of items in the state of florida
we require a full timeline of events for your wedding, a point of contact person  (usually your planner) and a time for strike.

If you are picking up an order, all our local pick-ups are done in the lovely  Saint Cloud, Florida.

The entire process, from consultation to
delivery, typically takes 8-10 weeks.
